Moving images

As camera-club photographers, we focus on crafting the best single images we can – whether in-camera or with the help of software such as Photoshop and Lightroom.

Some of us widen our scope to panels, creating series of images to be viewed together, often for the purpose of gaining qualifications, such as those offered by The Photographic Alliance of Great Britain and the Royal Photographic Society.

However there are so many more ways we can make use of our still images.

In this section – over time – we’ll explore everything from traditional AVs, lenticular animation, anamorphic images and stereographs, to cinemagraphs, parallax images, 3D effects, pixelation and simple GIFs.
